Since the early 1990s, Cathy has been the pioneer in successful coaching and consulting for women from all over the world. Her coaching programs were the first and most prominent all-inclusive digital global training program of its kind. Cathy had a huge impact on my life as my coach. She poured the belief into me that I didn't think I had anymore. I came to her in 2007 and was mentally broken after my divorce and needed to fix myself. So I threw myself into the fitness arena. Without her tough love and strong belief in me and my abilities as an older woman competing on stage, she made me feel that I was limitless and unstoppable.
