Today I’m joined by the godfather of French cooking. Pierre Koffmann is chef royalty in my eyes. His career spans over six decades and some of the biggest names in the culinary world have worked under him; Gordon, Marco, Marcus.. the list is endless. He’s a 3 Michelin starred chef – he won the stars for his restaurant, La Tante Claire, and is renowned as one of the most important French chefs of our time.
