Dr Ashton is double board certified ObGyn and Obesity Medicine. She has also created the Ajenda Newsletter which shares free and vital information on women's health.

Today, Dr. Ashton talks to us about the 6 month wellness journey that she just completed, her partnership with Astellas to inform more women about VEOZAH, the FDA non-hormonal treatment for moderate to severe hot flashes as well as important questions women need to be asking their doctors.
