The question I keep asking myself is why is it we always hear about that some people can’t or don’t get positive results with a Ketogenic diet (aka Low Carb High Fat). Whether it is the Virta Health study or any one of various Obesity and Lifestyle Clinics around the country. It is pretty much common knowledge that about 50 % will get positive results, which usually mean weight loss or reversing diabetes.
