Born in the 1990s, Victor Lo, Mandy Tam and Fung Leung grew up in the metropolis of Hong Kong. When most of their contemporaries chose to join the rat race in Hong Kong, they decided to go north, to the rural area of Jiangmen, a member city of the pearl river delta cluster, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. There, they spent 3 years developing organic vegetable farming.
