In this episode, host Reagan White dives headfirst into the world of scams - starting with the time he got scammed himself! From fake debt collectors to dodgy double glazers... it's a cautionary tale of modern rip-offs. Chris Turnbull shares how he and others fell victim to a window installation company, before managing to track down the scammer. Reagan also speaks with Mark Francis from Debt Managers, who wants to flip the “intimidating debt collector” stereotype on its head. Finally, Jessica Walker from Consumer NZ lays out the scary stats, legal grey areas, and emotional toll of being scammed - and why the most confident people often fall first.
