Being alive doesn’t mean trying to be happy all the time. It means feeling all the feelings. The more we allow ourselves to feel the uncomfortable feelings, the more our ability to feel the opposite and comfortable feelings expand. Uncomfortable feelings can be linked to a value or a belief that we have and we get to decide if we like that value or belief and then own our feelings. So empowering!
