“Not saying yes to what I wanted was actually selfish because I was spending a lot of time feeling resentment, guilty, and pressured. I thought I had to be the one to do everything. I never felt all in on any part of my life. I felt drained of energy and yucky often. Saying yes to myself and working with Jamee actually meant that I started loving the way I showed up in my life. I felt way more joy, I started a business, I had more time and energy. I started feeling more love towards the people in my life more often. Small things like making dinner became a nourishing joyful experience for me.” This is just some of the gems Angie shares with us about saying yes to herself!
