While Vivek was freelancing as a facilitator and youth coach, he participated in various enrichment programs in different schools working with teens on confidence, leadership, and team bonding. Along the way he realized this was the group that would soon be entering the workforce, and noticed a shift in their priorities compared to his peers and co-workers.

As he continued to interact with Millennials and Gen-Z in the workforce, Vivek noticed some difficulty in the relationship between older generations and Millennials and Gen-Zers.
