An emotion or feeling is what is felt in the body after you think a thought and the brain releases chemicals and hormones into the body. Your body was made to be able to handle ANY feeling and emotion. Everything you desire in life is because of a feeling you think it will give you. The worst thing that will ever happen to you is a feeling that you will feel. We create feelings to fuel our actions or inactions.
