The lasting way to make changes in your life is to change from the worlds view which is muster up a ton of self discipline and take some action, then get a result which will make you feel better. This view is not a lasting way to make any changes. We only have so much will power to continue on like this. In order to really take the actions we want to take in life we must first choose thoughts and beliefs that will create the feelings that will fuel the actions we want.
