These tools that I share are meant to enhance and augment your experience on this earth and be applied to your own mental and emotional health no matter where you are at on that journey. Some of us have been diagnosed with mental illness of some kind whether it be clinical depression, anxiety, bi-polar, or anything else and these tools are meant for you to add to whatever medical regiment you are choosing to follow. I am 100% in support of therapy and medication. I am 100% in support of humans doing what they need to do to prioritize their mental and emotional health.
