The holidays are tough in and of themselves when you factor in all the added stress of holiday parties, work events, Christmas plays, school holiday events, family get togethers, church, baking, shopping….
I’m exhausted just talking about it.
But when you also factor in betrayal - the added stress and anxiety can put you over the top.
