The Holidays are generally defined as a time of joy and cheer. But, for the one who has been betrayed, it can be so lonely - even if you are still in the relationship.  We have a tendency to look back on holidays past and compare this one to them, only to be left disappointed and even more lonely.

In today's episode, I share how I journeyed through loneliness during my separation due to my husband's betrayal. I am giving you 6 ways to help you deal with the loneliness and set yourself up for a better holiday season.
