I often hear from both women and men that deception is the hardest to heal from when they have been betrayed. 

It's the secrets, the lies, the deceptive life that the one you love so dearly has been engrossed in. 

It's so hard to fathom how your spouse could ever deceive you in such a grievous way. But they did.

Now you are left trying to pick up the pieces of your blown apart world and make sense of something that just doesn't make sense.
