In this episode, I’m sharing a meditation that accompanies the second stage of my alchemical shadow work process, from my latest book Embrace Your Shadow to Find Your Light. 

We’ll be focusing on the powerful act of surrender, which I define as releasing our stronghold on the need for things to be a certain way. Surrender is not about giving up - it’s about accepting what is – while still evolving and becoming.
