Lisa Smith, MS, RDN, LDN, CHWC began following her passion to help others discover healing when she found that diet and lifestyle dramatically improved her Hashimoto’s. After completing two Master’s Degrees in Nutrition and Human Biology, Lisa became a Registered Dietitian then opened her private practice in Indiana, PA - Integrative Wellness Center. She’s also a certified health and wellness coach with experience counseling clients in nutrition and wellness in corporate settings. Lisa focuses on helping clients restore their wellness and energy through personalized food choices, replacing nutritional deficiencies, self-care, stress reduction, and reducing toxin exposure. Her areas of expertise include Autoimmunity, Digestive Disorders, Food Sensitivities, Chronic Lyme, and Hormonal Imbalances.
