This week Dr. Jordan Shallow sits down with George Kalivas, a Toronto-based Marketing Manager and Content Producer. George is the mastermind behind “The Pizza City You Have Never Heard Of,” a documentary in development featuring the legendary pizza that hails from Shallow’s and George’s hometown of Windsor, ON.  Today they sit down to discuss the details behind exactly what makes Windsor Pizza as famous as it is and how it has contributed to the heritage and history of the city. In addition, both Shallow and George reminisce over life growing up in Windsor and the unique culture created by its close vicinity to Detroit, MI.
