Livingood’s Cucumber Recipe:

  • 6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (2 English cucumbers or 3-4 standard) peeled if using standard cucumber
  • 1/2 organic sweet onion chopped
  • 1 cup organic white vinegar
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1/4 cup organic monk fruit to taste
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Mix all ingredients separate from the cucumbers and onions and then combine.Let sit at least 2-3 hours in fridge or overnight.
