  • Shifting from a 1:1 model to a group model featuring Cailen Ascher
Cailen Ascher is an award-winning Business Coach with a 3-day workweek, a mom of two little girls and the creator of Scale-Up™ a program that teaches coaches and online service providers how to transition from exhausting 1x1 work to a Premium Group Program so they can increase revenue and decrease their work hours.

Cailen has been featured in Business Insider, Huffington Post and Inspired Coach Magazine and has been interviewed on top podcasts like Entrepreneur on Fire and She Means Business Podcast among many others. She is also host of The Soulful Business Show™ which airs weekly.

Her programs have helped 1000s of women transform their lives and businesses with her proven strategies for working less, making more and living better.

Cailen lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband, two small daughters and a spunky dog named Olive.

    TAKEAWAYS:

+ Cailen became an expert in shifting to a more leveraged business model through group coaching by doing the work in her own business. She had a full roster of 1:1 clients, which she loved, but realized that she was constantly on calls and fulfilling client work, which took time away from her family and her 2 little girls.

+ Shifting from a 1:1 model to a group model is mostly a mindset issue. It requires you to shift the belief that you have to give a ton of time to your clients, to the belief that when you do show up, you provide immense value.

+ In Cailen’s first years in business she talked a lot about a 3-day work week, and helped her clients to create this for their business. But what she found was that even though she was working only 3 days a week, her days were filled with client calls, because she was in a 1:1 model. Now, her 3 days are much more leveraged, in that her team fulfills a lot of client deliverables, which allows her to step into the CEO role much more seamlessly.

  • Leading with ethics when creating a digital product suite featuring Monica Froese
Monica is a digital product coach for women business owners and host of the popular podcast, Empowered Business. She has an MBA degree in finance and marketing and runs two brands Redefining Mom, a site for helping women thrive in both motherhood and business, and Empowered Business, where she’s committed to empowering 1000 women to earn $100,000 through digital products.

She spent 11 years working for a Fortune 100 company running multi-million dollar marketing campaigns with large brands like Microsoft and HP. Now she provides online marketing education to small businesses that are looking to build a profitable revenue stream through digital products through her online courses and podcast.

    TAKEAWAYS:

+ Monica’s surface-level superpower is consistency. Showing up day after day has allowed her to build her business in a sustainable, long-term way. Her deeper super power is that has both an integrator and a visionary brain. Meaning, she can be working “in” the business and “on” the business at the same time.

+ For Monica ethics is the most important part of the selling process. For her, and how she approaches this, it’s being completely upfront with each testimonial, case study, and when she shares her own story, and painting the entire picture for her audience.

+ When you put too much into a digital product with the guise of “serving others’, it actually overwhelms your buyers, making it hard to help them to get results. Monica refers to this as the “boiling the ocean” approach.

+ The ripple effect that Monica is creating through her employees, her children, and the impact her clients and students are creating is something that Monica refers to as microeconomies.

  • What comes first? Lead generation or email funnels
One of the questions I get a lot from my clients is this,

“What should I focus on first, lead generation or an email funnel?”

And my answer is always two fold:

    1. It depends on you and your business.
    2. Both.

Because everyone’s business is different and everyone is in a different phase of business, it’s important to know why you’re focusing on something in your business.

But also, lead generation needs an email funnel to matter and a funnel needs lead generation to function. So both lead generation and an email funnel require one another to do their primary function.

  • Identifying burnout and breaking the stress cycle featuring Orlesa Poole
Orlesa Poole is a licensed therapist and coach for moms. She helps emotionally overwhelmed moms find confidence and calm so that they can enjoy motherhood. Her practice, Managing Motherhood provides solutions-focused therapy and coaching for moms who know that suffering and motherhood don't have to go hand in hand. Orlesa is also the host of the Managing Motherhood Podcast where she provides education and tools to make the challenges of motherhood a little more manageable.

    TAKEAWAYS:

+ Orlesa’s super power is delegation. In both her business and personal life she is a huge fan of delegation to help her stay in her zone of genius more and hit her goals faster.

+ Burnout is when you experience a high level of stress for an extended period of time. Eventually you get to a point where your body and brain is tapped out.

+ Symptoms of burnout can be having a hard time turning your brain off, having trouble falling asleep, being unusually emotional, having unusual reactions to circumstances, lack of motivation, making a lot of mistakes, and having a hard time finding joy.

+ Burnout is usually more specifically related to one area. So you can be burnt out in mom-life but your social life is thriving. Depression isn’t related on one area of your life, it extends and shows up in all areas.

  • Speeding up your goal achievement
    Happy 2022 6-Figure Mompreneurs!

I want to kick off a brand new year with a discussion around goal setting and tools like vision boards.

And before you dive into today’s episode you have to know this about me, I’m super practical sometimes. Like to my detriment. And so things like goal setting seem super important, but also tools like vision boards can just seem like busy work to me.

But recently I hit 3 goals all at once and managed to realize that 3 of the things I put on my vision board 4 years ago came to fruition.

And the most mind blowing part of accomplishing these things is that I didn’t even really focus on making these goals a reality. It was actually the last thing in my mind.

So today I want to talk about why I think these goals happened and the internal work that went into making these seemingly obscure, pipe dream goals, a reality. This episode is a brain dump of all of my ideas, strategies, and ways of thinking and doing that allowed me to see a lot of success…all at once.

  • Aligning your thoughts with your actions featuring Ilonka Ras
Ilonka Ras is a Certified Mindset and Transformation Coach who helps busy mom entrepreneurs have more free time while creating mind-blowing results in their business.

As a homeschooling mom of three, podcasting and building her business, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to do it all! After years of living on the edge of burnout, spending countless hours behind her glowing computer screen, and not having much to show for it, Ilonka realized that sacrificing family for business was not how she wanted to play this game!

She became obsessed with making the most of the time she did have available to build her business and decided that she would be intentional with the minutes and hours that make up her life. She now teaches what she’s learned to her clients and members inside of Mom Aligned Collective, a monthly coaching membership that teaches moms how to do less, better.

Procrastination, overwhelm, and burnout doesn't need to be a normal part of our days as mom entrepreneurs. Time is a mom entrepreneur's most precious resource and if we want to live an intentional life and create ridiculous results for ourselves, we must learn to manage our mind instead of trying to manage our time.

    TAKEAWAYS:

+ Ilonka’s super power is inspiring people and getting them to take action. It’s not something the she always thought was a gift, as it can embody very masculine energy, but she has learned to harness it and use it to really help people make some significant changes in their lives.

+ The one thing that we do have control over is our perception. We get to choose how we perceive events, situations, and circumstances by making a choice to view it in a certain way.

+ Managing our time or being productive isn’t really about time or productivity, it’s about the mindset behind that activity and work. Ilonka recommends that when we find more time in the day, we focus on the purpose behind the activity we are doing in that time and how it moves us closer to our goals.

Through helping you to have a solid financial foundation, Aimee helps you to master your money, and the inevitable curveballs that will come your way, all while having more options to spend more time with loved ones and pour into your priorities, goals, and values.

Her principles and style of teaching allows you to create the financial life you have always dreamed of, without pinching pennies or never seeing your family because you’re putting in 80 hour weeks.

When she's not helping you become a Money Master, you can find Aimee hanging out with her hubby and 3 children or binging Blacklist on Netflix while trying to beat the next level of Killer Soduku.

    TAKEAWAYS:

+ Aimee’s super power is systems. She can take things that we do over and over again in our day and turn them into a simple, streamlined system, that cuts down on wasted time.

+ Aimee’s #1 thing that she focuses on when it comes to finances is focusing on net worth, instead debt.

  • 3 mistakes mompreneurs make when building their audience
Having the right people in your audience is important to the overall health of your business.

    Why?

Because your audience is who turns into leads, and those leads are who turn into clients.

Wrong audience, wrong leads, no sales.
Right audience, right leads, a lot of sales.

Which is why inside of 6-Figure Mompreneur Method we focus on the three pillars of marketing that produce results in your business:

    (1) Audience growth
    (2) Lead generation
    (3) Sales

One of the biggest mistakes that mompreneurs make is not focusing on the health of their audience. The success of your business and offer starts with having the right people listening to you.

So in today’s podcast episode I’m sharing the three most common mistakes I see mompreneurs make, when it comes to building their audience.
