Welcome to the final step in our Getting Unstuck journey—Step 5!

Over the past few episodes, we’ve explored powerful tools for navigating your inner world and creating real change.

In this week's episode "What Are Feelings and How to TRULY Let Go," we bring it all together.

Now, it’s time to take action with a step-by-step homework assignment that ties it all together:

 Your Homework for the Whole Series:

  1. Pick a Small, Measurable Goal: Choose something you’ve been procrastinating or feeling stuck about—something specific and achievable.
  2. Notice Your Thoughts, Feelings, and Sensations: As you take steps toward this goal, observe the passengers on your “bus”—those thoughts, feelings, and urges that try to hold you back.
  3. Label and Accept Them with Kindness: Write them down. Say, “I notice the thought that…” or “I notice the feeling of…” and respond with, “And that’s okay.”
  4. Find the Feeling in Your Body: Where does it show up? What does it feel like? Make space for it by imagining opening windows and letting it be.
  5. Ask Yourself, “What’s One Thing I Can Do?” Instead of battling the emotions, shift your focus to what you can do. Take one small action to move forward.

 Pro Tip: Repeat this process daily or whenever you feel stuck. With practice, you’ll notice the resistance quieting down and a sense of freedom emerging.
