We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I have the honor and delight of having Andrea Reale on -- a nurse, health coach, and momma who is a well of knowledge! She and I dive into eating disorders, staying curious with health instead of black and white, not taking yourself too seriously and having fun with it, eczema, nutrition, and more.
