Today we're interviewing Dr. Trish Ferrer on all things HEALING. Dr. Trish is a naturopathic doctor and metaphysical educator who combines her wealth of modalities to help her clients - including naturopathic medicine, ancestral wisdom, spirituality, and metaphysical practices.

In this episode, she shares more about common symptoms she sees in her clients and how she approaches those symptoms with a root cause approach. We also get into energy work and using it to open up different chakras (energy centers in the body), specifically the throat chakra. Additionally we talk about guiding principles with nutrition, misconceptions about alternative medicine, and a pretty deep conversation about the masculine and feminine energy dynamic that rests within each of us.
