As an overweight multi-sport youth athlete, Jordan struggled with body image as not your typical athlete. After playing ice hockey and studying kinesiology in college, Jordan found his way into the coaching field in 2018. 4 years later, he started BeDifferent, with his business partner Rudy, where they use a unique coaching approach that focuses on faith, fitness, food and focus.

How his upbringing influenced his health and how he shifted directions for the better.
How our food or activity levels can influence the other.
