On this week’s episode of the Chasing Health Podcast, I welcomed Trevor Gobbel!
Trevor is an online fitness and nutrition coach. He have a background in exercise science, corporate wellness and group/individual personal training. Since then, he has been a firefighter and dove into online coaching over the last year or so. Trevor loves sharing my knowledge and helping as many people as he can, and take pride in everything he does.
Throughout the episode, we discussed:

His mental health journey as he learned more about himself throughout the different things he has done in his life.
