Kayla is a mom of 2, and has been in the fitness industry for 12 plus years. She’s done if all from sport-specific training, to owning a gym, to now running her online fitness and nutrition business- Life Unlimited Coaching- all from home so she can better manage the demands that come from being a mother to 2 littles. She loves baseball and is a huge red sox fan, and just recently started competing in powerlifting.
