I've been trying to identify the difference between loneliness and depression. In the state of loneliness it's easy to confuse distress and isolation as depression. As heavy as these topics feel and sound, this conversation flows very light heartedly and genuinely. I am meeting this person for the very first time! That goes to show how human we all are at the core.

Join me as I talk to a master in clinical psychology about the differences between the state of loneliness, versus clinical depression.
