I fucking LOVE the first day of a new year…no surprise, cause I’m also a Monday girl. Most people are all about the weekend, but not me.

I love fresh energy. I love new possibilities. And I’m welcoming 2024 in with open arms…and bold intentions.

Intention-setting has changed EVERYTHING for me. But here’s the thing about intention setting…
