Pamela W: Let's touch on VShred a bit. This guy talks about the three body types, ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph. Is there any truth behind the type of body you have dictating how easily (or not) one loses weight?
Amy M: It was found after the show The Biggest Loser, many if not most of the contestants had a metabolism that was much lower than a regular person of the same weight. Do you think this was from the extreme dieting,or because they had lower than average metabolisms to begin with!
I haven’t been tracking mustard because it’s 0cals but realized sometimes if you have a couple servings it can have some calories. Should I be tracking that? Also what about gum?
