I have genital herpes.

And you know what else?

It's not a f*cking big deal.

Herpes is an extremely common STI. But with all the stigma and misinformation floating around, it's also common to be living in total f*cking shame about it…

Which is what my lovely guest today, Bek Antonucci, is working to change.

Bek is an emotional wellbeing coach for women (also called a confidence coach) and supports women in breaking free from any of their limiting beliefs that they're holding about themselves so that they feel courageous enough to express themselves authentically in this world.
