…No, seriously. I was 100% a people pleaser.

I don't come off like one now. I've done a lot of f"cking work to clean up that pattern. But let me tell you…until I did, my confidence was f*cked.

If you're not willing to be totally, courageously yourself—and you've got a bad habit of trying to chameleon to whatever expectations or desires other people have for you—then you're going to be in for a rude awakening when you can no longer keep up that mask. And there's only one way to kick the habit.
