      3. Angelique: How do you keep the focus? How do you tell your brain, and have it believe you, that THIS is because I love myself??

      4. How can you get out of that quick-fix mindset when that’s always been what you’re used to from years of dieting… I know it’s not helping and quick fixes aren’t good, but my head keeps telling me everything else is “too slow”.
