Today’s episode was inspired by some questions we received from some year 8 & 9 students around mental health and motivation in sport and physical activity.
It was so nice to be able to provide the information we wish we had at that age, to these students and to all of our listeners.
We take a trip down memory lane to when we were teenagers and discuss what things were like then, compared to now.
This episode is a nice reminder that there is always some kind of physical activity for you, you just have to find what you enjoy and keep persisting.
