Why does exercise order matter?
I’ve never been one to diet or try to lose weight, but this year I’m wanting to start. I’d like to lose about 20 pounds this upcoming year. What is the best way to start?
I’ve been in a deficit for about 2 months. I started to see some progress in the first 3-4 weeks, but since then the scale hasn’t gone down at all. I swear I’m doing everything right, but I just can’t figure out how to get the scale to move again.
