Hey sis, oh my gosh, have we made it? Have we arrived? Is everyone in one piece?
I feel like the days and weeks up to the holiday can be treacherous. Am I the only one? I just feel like the 'to-do' list never ends and everyone's running around like crazy pants. I'm just over here trying to be Mama Elf without forgetting to move the Elf on the Shelf after putting the boys to bed. LOL
Anyways, let's dive in to today's show. I'm talking all about that huge mistake that you're most likely making right now as you battle this unhealthy relationship with food and your body. And I'm going to give you two strategies that you can implement today that are going to help you overcome and actually get to freedom.

One of the biggest mistakes that I see in coaching countless of women in recovery, (including my own self and my own recovery journey) is you get to a point of functioning, but you're struggling so much and you're like, "is this it?"
"Is this as good as it gets?"
ALERT ->This ISN'T IT for you sweet friend! And today I wanted to shout into your ear that your dream is achievable. There is more for you. You haven't arrived yet, and that's okay. I want you to know you're okay, you're here, I see you, you're right where you need to be. And if you're always looking for the next thing, then you're most likely doing it wrong from the start. (And I say that with so much love because I did it wrong for so very long.)
The struggle is certainly real, but in order to build a battle plan for your recovery, you need to let go of it needing to look a certain way.
I'm going to say that one again for you. To build a battle plan for the blueprint of your recovery, you need to let go of it looking a certain way.
