About our guest:

Sharon O'Neill is  a  Launceston, Tasmania based Enneagram Practitioner, passionate about building capacity, seeing people become whole, well, and integrated. She loves empowering individuals to live to their full potential. The Enneagram is one of the major tools she uses to see people living their best life.

Sharon has nearly 3 decades of working within our local community as a Pastor, Social Worker, Social Enterprise Creator and Manager. She's a trained Social Worker and has become an accredited Enneagram Practitioner. Sharon is currently a Pastor at Tailrace Community Church and manages the Tailrace Centre, Judes Cafe and Kids Paradise.

Sharon is passionate about social justice and specifically the rights of women and children; advocating for legal, political and educational reform that will protect children against sexual assault and domestic violence. “I love advocating for equity for women and for them to be empowered to be who they were created to be.” She is passionate about employing young people and seeing them fly.

For Sharon,  the Enneagram is an incredible tool to help build self awareness, knowledge and to stimulate health and well being.
