In this episode, Dr. Scott and Tommy discuss one of the industry-standard frameworks for weight loss. The 12-week plan typically contains a mild to moderate calorie restriction combined with 3-5 days of workouts per week. They compare the progress of the plans throughout and give insights to a new way of getting results.
