About our guest:

Richard Bliss Brooke started his journey working at a chicken plant, before becoming a successful business leader, author, and transformational coach. Starting in Livingston, California, Richard was introduced to Direct Sales after career progression at Foster Farms became restricted without a degree. With early success in recruiting, he built his first sales team, learned from mentors like Kurt Robb and Lou Tice, and led 30,000 partners by age 28.

Richard turned around Oxyfresh, a struggling dental and pet care company, by purchasing a minority interest and growing it into a thriving business. In 2017, he transitioned Oxyfresh into a direct-to-consumer model, landing it on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. His leadership was also featured on the cover of SUCCESS magazine.

Richard emphasizes the importance of vision, authenticity, and self-motivation - themes central to his book, ‘Mach2 With Your Hair on Fire’. He continues to inspire others through personal retreats, coaching, and speaking engagements with figures like Tony Robbins.

Living on the Island of Lanai, Hawaii with his wife Kimmy, he promotes ethical leadership and vision, helping others achieve their dreams by unlocking their full potential with honour and integrity.
