Declaration #1: "Even though I don't know what it's like yet to break free from this disordered relationship that I have with food and myself, I can rebuke the lies that I've been believing. Today I deeply choose to love and accept and honor myself and my body. Today I choose to stand in agreement."
Declaration #2: "It is my duty. It is my destiny. It is in my design to become the woman I was created to be. I break the agreement of lies that I've been believing for so long. I break them because I'm free to be me. This is my time and today is my day to honor me."
Step 1: Identify what you truly want (or start with what you no longer want) Step 2: List the lies and beliefs that are keeping you trapped Step 3: Fall out of agreement with these false beliefs Step 4: Make your personal treaty with your future self Step 5: Stand in agreement daily, even when opposition comes
