About our guest:

Dave Fleming has been turning heads and earning recognition in business for nearly 15 years. His ability to lead and drive strategic direction has directly impacted some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the industry. He has a strong background in sales and marketing and was identified early in his career for leadership positions, including National Sales Director, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and President. His track record includes successful international market launches, successful corporate turnarounds, startup opportunities, and growing existing businesses to new record heights.

With a degree in psychology and his MBA, Dave has a focused, but very personal perspective applied to business. Though he is skilled in many aspects of growing and managing business, his ability to connect and collaborate with board members, colleagues, and clients stands out among his accomplishments.

When Dave is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their four children, playing basketball, golf, and snowboarding. He also actively supports his local Boy Scouts of America troop, having personally earned the rank of Eagle Scout as a youth.
