The holiday season can be such a magical and joyful time of year. But it can also be particularly stressful, especially for people who struggle with their relationship with food or have a history of disordered eating. All of the food-centric celebrations can trigger old thoughts and habits and emotions can run high.I know because I have been there myself. There were so many holidays that I didn't truly enjoy because I was so preoccupied with stress about food and my body. Let me tell you from personal experience, holidays are so much better when you get to be fully present with friends and family rather than stuck in your head about what you are or are not eating. 

This episode is for anyone who wants any support with managing food challenges on food-focused holidays, or for people who want to be able to support loved ones in their struggles.
