Terry Real returns to the podcast to discuss his new book, Us: Getting Past You and Me to Build a More Loving Relationship. Terry is the creator of Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a methodology that helps individuals become conscious of negative behaviors and guides them through trauma and inner-child work in the presence of their partners in order to build stronger one-on-one relationships. Terry’s new book expands on the foundations of RLT, helping couples move beyond toxic individualism and into more harmonious, “fully relational” lives.
