Despite beating over 18,000 other real estate agents and doing nearly half a billion dollars in sales last year alone, Cailey keeps humble with her achievements and focuses her efforts on creating an excellent customer experience. She tells me, "We're very proud to be number one in Canada. But what makes us proud of that is the fact that our clients have put us in that position. It's really, if every client is happy, they'll promote us."

Before she was #1 in Canada, Cailey began her storied career in real estate at 23 years old as her mother's unlicensed administrative assistant, making just $28,000 a year, respectively.
