To start out, I got into a rant about the BS that I found while researching today’s topic. Sorry, not sorry, but it had to be said.

Then, I dove into all the tactical tips!

Like, how to add more structure and consistency throughout your weekend, compared to what you do during the weekday.

Things that you are doing to make it harder on yourself throughout the weekend.

Are you being “too perfect” throughout the week… leading to difficulty on the weekend.

Setting mini-goals for your weekends with a few examples.

Make plans throughout the weekend that are not food-focused.

Don’t skip meals when you have a bigger meal coming up.

Don’t let a rough day at the beginning of your weekend snowball into a whole weekend of overeating… the all-or-nothing mindset.

What a high calorie weekend can lead to in regards to your results.

Be realistic with yourself, your non-negotiables and what you are willing to sacrifice.
