We are going beyond the physical in this episode and exploring the consciousness of our body, organs and how that affects our physical body. We dive into the Biology of Belief and how dis-ease is held and expressed in the physical body. Exploring briefly the belief systems that most people with IBS and Hashimoto’s have and how we can connect to our authentic expression to direct our own story rather than living the story we were born into.
Esther Cohen is a functional nutritionist, intuitive counselor, soul whisperer, ritual artist and empath who understands that we eat, digest, and metabolize all of life’s experiences. All life’s experiences are food for our being to nourish our soul. The foundation of Esther Cohen’s work is based on a unique theory of nourishment. She is passionate about how we do and don’t allow ourselves to be nourished. How we nourish our bodies reveals a deep and intimate relationship that reflects the expression of our spirit in all that we do. Creating relationship with the natural world, Esther guides individuals to cultivate their primal nature within, activating the eyes of the soul and deeply nourishing mind, body, and spirit. Her work is to foster connection and integration with your essential nature, so that you walk your soul’s path of nourishing destiny while living an inspired, authentic life.
