As I sat down to record today's episode for you, I wanted to share more about my personal journey into behind the curtain of what it was truly like for me to go into the doctor's office for an annual appointment & leave with an eating disorder diagnosis.
So many of you are struggling to make sense of it. Maybe today, you feel as though you are not "that bad off" & that you "are just healthier than most people". Gosh do I feel that on so many levels.
In today's show, I speak about the exact feelings I felt after my diagnosis & the steps I took to get myself out of a fog & into freedom.
If you are feeling broken, tainted, scared, confused, betrayed by you own freaking self....then today you will want to tune in.
It's simply okay to not be okay. & it's okay to not feel ready to want to be any better than where you are right now.
The 2 key ingredients to becoming the BEST version of you....are awareness & acceptance. I hope this episode brings some of this your way!
