Zacca and Matt catch up to discuss how their prep is going for the Gold Coast Marathon festival. Zacca gets the paces down in Fartlek, then dials into MP for his second workout of the week. Matt gets into some faster work too with a 3 x 2km and 5 x 1min on/off. Then hits a split 25min tempo.
