On this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of welcoming Jenna Bruno onto the show!

I have followed Jenna for a while now, because I love how open and transparent she is on her social media, unlike so many other accounts who only show the highlight reel of their life.

Many look up to her because of her posts about gaining weight in order to put on muscle, the good and the bad, which is what I wanted to chat with her about on the show.
