Stressing about the perfect morning routine.

Worrying about being sore or sweaty after every workout.

And many more!

Some of the do's:

Create awareness around the food you're consuming. 

.

Eating as much as you can to still lose weight. 

.

Being grateful and ridding yourself from negativity. 

.
