Matt details his week following his 10km time trial. Adjusting the week to up the mileage but reduce the intensity. Following his first Pfizer jab, he feels a little fatigued but manages a split 30min tempo and a solid local long run
Zacca rolls out another consistent week, really turning a corner with a couple of belter sessions. The bread and butter 60min progression run and has a dip over the Threlfall Fartlek.
